Little Men

We have been so busy lately, I don't know how I even have time to think! Keelan had his first visit to the dentist and he has perfect teeth. I don't know what awesome genes he inherited there but I am thankful for it. Malique on the other hand will need some help. He has to back in 3 months to get a spacer put in because one tooth that wasn't suppose to come yet, did. They got little mustaches out of the gumball machine. Hilarious!!!

And just a little snap shot of my Xavi Baby because he is just so darn cute!

2 months old

My precious Xavi is 2 months old now! We got him a bumbo chair and he loves it:) He also had his 2 month check up today. He is 11 lbs 9 oz and 22 inches long. The doctor said that he looks great and I am so happy that he is healthy. He does have a tongue tie but unless it effects his speech later I'm not going to worry about it. He has pretty good head control, he is starting to reach for things, following well with his eyes, and growing good.

Lately, in the mornings, usually about 5 or 6 am after Xavier has had his bottle and I've changed his diaper and clothes we have out special time. He will just stare at me smiling and being so interactive. It's just me and him everyone else is still sleeping. I enjoy that time with him so much. It is so incredible how much you love your kids. It is unexplainable and priceless. I would literally do anything for them. They are my entire world, the reason I wake up every morning and go to work and work hard. It is all for them. I can't imagine how people could ever hurt a child. They are so precious and amazing. I never want my kids to feel pain or disappointment. I know that they will because that is a part of life. But I always want to protect them and never ever will I be the one to hurt or disappoint them. I wish I could love on them right now.

Splish Splash and Rock N Roll

Xavi is 8 weeks and 4 days old now! He goes to the doctor on Thursday to get his shots. I just want Thursday to go away. My poor baby he isn't going to know what is going on. He loves baths so much. He is my only baby to love them and i love giving them to him, He just relaxes and lets me poor the water on him no crying or anything. These pictures we actually about 3 weeks ago but he loves the bath all the same :)

Xavi at 8 weeks! I cannot believe I have a blue eyed baby!!! :)

We are in the process of redecorating the boys bedroom in Rock Star theme. It has turned out pretty awesome so far we just have a few more things to do. I think it will all be finished next weekend. They love it and i have gotten to dive into my crafty side once again. I don't get those opportunities too often because I am so busy. I love it when I get the chance!

I need rest!

I feel like I have been going going going for the past 2 weeks! I need to rest so bad but there is just so much to be done. We are in the process of redecorating the boys room. In a rock and roll theme. So far it looks great we just have a few more finishing touches to add to it. I will posting pictures soon. I am not looking forward to taking Xavier to the doctor on Thursday. I know he has to get shots, but I don't want them to hurt my precious baby :( I hope he doesn't get a fever or anything from it. I am ready for baseball to start so that the boys will have something to do to get out of the house. I hope this season is great for both of them. I can't wait to cheer on my boys!

Blogging

It is so hard to find the time to blog. I have so many things I want to blog about but finding the time to actually do it is a whole different ordeal. I have so much that I should catch up on but I will do that in my private journal at home. I'll just hit on the majors!

Gavin- His "father" signed the petition to let my aunt adopt him. I am so happy that as big of an idiot as he is he can do the right thing. Gavin's happiness is the most important thing and this is no time to be selfish. He has been there for 7 years and he is very happy.

Malique- We started a reward chart to try to improve the behavior of both him and Keelan. It worked like a charm for Malique. I am so proud of him and so happy to have my sweet loving little boy back. I ordered the drum pad that he asked for as his first reward. It should be here soon I hope. We signed them up for baseball at a new place this past Saturday and I am hoping this season goes great.

Keelan- He is so funny! I love him to death but sometimes he can be the biggest pain in the butt you hae ever met. But I just love him through it. The reward chart hasn't worked as well with him. It has helped with some things. He usually will not help Malique clean up but now he does. We are still working on the fit throwing and the back talking. I know he will come around and I hope that baseball helps him with that.

Xavier- He is getting so big. I can't believe he is about to be 2 months old. He is starting to smile now. I usually get a little smiling session from him first thing in the morning and it is one of my favorite parts of the day. He has made me a morning person.

Just a little snapshot of my sidekick with his extra fuzzy hair!
I am excited for all the great things coming up in our lives
