Favorite Baby Items

As my c-section date draws closer (16 days) I am getting excited about using all the stuff I was so excited to get!!! Since this is my 4th baby I thought there wouldn't really be anything that I would be excited about or anything new. Once I actually get to use these things I will write a review. These are just a few of my favorite things...

So first is my diaper bag. This is not actually the diaper bag I had my heart set on. I found a diaper bag online and I fell in love with it. The only problem...it's $90.00. Pretty expensive for a diaper bag. I read the reviews to see if it would be worth it and they made me want it even more. I justified me buying this diaper bag with the fact that I haven't had to buy hardly anything for this baby and I really wanted it. So the time came to buy it and I am showing it to my husband and he says "I'm not carrying that it looks like a purse." Which it does but I was heartbroken. And if I was going to spend $90.00 on a diaper bag I surely wasn't about to buy another one for him to carry. So I looked and looked for another one that I still liked but wasn't purse like. I found one and bought it before I could change my mind. Then a couple days later my friend bring me a backpack diaper bag. My husband loved it and said "I'm gonna carry this one around." So I could have gotten the bag I wanted to begin with!!! AHHHH anyway the bag finally came and I love it. I will never know if my first love would have been better but the one I got it pretty great!
Now the next thing completely grosses most people out. But if you have ever had a baby with a terrible cold and stuffy nose I think you would feel differently. Keelan was born with a cold and kept it for about 2 months. We tried everything to clear his little nose so he could breathe but nothing helped and we felt so bad for him. He just seemed miserable. With this baby being born in the winter I know that it is a very good possibility he too could get a cold. So I found this...

It is called a NoseFrida. And it is exactly what the picture looks like. You stick the tip of the blue tube into the baby's nose and put the red tip in your mouth and suck. The snot does NOT get into your mouth. The tube is actually quite big so you would have to fill that whole thing up then there is a filter and the tube it would have to travel through to get to your mouth. Every review I have read about this thing is amazing. I can't wait to use it!!!
