I went to the doctor on Friday. I have gained a pound I think since last time. I can't remember what I weighed last time but I weighed 206 (gross) this time. I am guessing when this whole thing is said and done I will have gain under 25 pounds. Not too bad. She said my cervix is closed but getting very thin and soft. Not that, that really means anything. His heartbeat sounded great and my uterus is measuring 35 weeks now which is pretty much on track. I asked her if I would get another ultrasound. I don't really know what the "norm" is because I had so many with Gavin and Keelan. My doctor with Malique was a quack. She said she would like to send me to a high risk place to look at my scar tissue. So I had an ultrasound yesterday. I was so excited because it has been so long since I have seen him. The ultrasound took about 30 minutes to do because I had never been there before they wanted to look at all the parts of the baby. He looks great, he is still a he, and he is a big boy. His estimated weight was 6 lbs. 10 oz. He is in the 86 percentile. She did say that it could be off by a pound either way. So we are guessing he will be about 8 lbs. 8 oz when he is born. If we went to 40 weeks he would be about 9.5 lbs HOLY MOLY!! They also said that he has alot of hair. I had no idea that they could even see hair on an ultrasound! I am curious as to what my doctor will say at my next appointment. I can't imagine that she would deliver him any earlier. She is already taking him 10 days early. The ultrasound tech said that my scar tissue looked good. That puts my mind at ease a little bit about my uterus rupturing. They didn't give me any pictures of him. Probably because there weren't really any good shots. He has his face pretty much buried in my hip bone. But we only have 23 days to go!!!
